Accommodation and Ground Transportation

For those of you traveling from out of town, we have arranged group rates at two hotels:

Hotel Options

  Rate: $189 per night (plus tax)

  Rate: $159 per night (plus tax)
  Please note: The last day to reserve at this rate is September 15, 2025.

Breakfast is included at both hotels.

Transportation from the Airport
If you are flying in, the nearest airport is Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM), located about 20–30 minutes from Bend. Airlines serving RDM include American Airlines, United, Alaska, and Delta.

We strongly recommend arranging your transportation in advance. While Uber and Lyft are available, they may be limited—especially for late evening arrivals.
