Hayley Crosby

Professional Counselor Associate

Hayley completed her Master’s of Counseling at OSU Cascades. She works with couples and individuals who are frustrated after working to ease conflict and reduce stress in their lives, yet the same issues keep returning. This can show up as anxiety, depression, or burnout. Hayley is passionate about understanding each individual's process underneath their symptoms so they can spend more time feeling connected and on track.

Clients describe Hayley as authentic, direct, and curious. She’s known for creating a steady, nonjudgmental space where complexity is welcomed and growth feels possible. She meets clients with respect, clarity, and a commitment to humility as she holds each experience. Hayley specializes in supporting LGBTQIA2S+ identities and autism characteristics in traditionally underdiagnosed groups (ie.female, queer, high-masking).

In addition to in-person and telehealth, Hayley offers nature-based counseling. These sessions can be especially helpful for unique sensory needs, youthful energy, neurodivergent processing styles and those experiencing grief, anxiety, or burnout. Nature-based counseling provides opportunities for improved emotional regulation, access to creativity, and connection through nature's wisdom.
