Madhavi Baiju, Professional Counselor Associate
Madhavi Baiju is a Professional Counselor Associate. She is a relational-cultural and person-centered counselor who aims to work with people from all walks of life. She believes that growth and change comes from one's connection to themselves, others, and their environment. Madhavi is LGBTQIAS2+ affirming and brings a multicultural lens to her counseling session. Madhavi aims to assist her clients as they work towards personal growth and fulfillment.
Andrew Geller, Professional Counselor Associate
Andrew Geller is a professional counselor associate. His primary goal is to encourage his clients to identify their own strengths, resiliency, and ability to tackle life’s challenges head-on. Andrew’s clinical approach is informed by Mindfulness-based therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Jungian Psychoanalysis, Eastern principles and philosophy, and Narrative Theory. He received certification in 2020 for teaching yoga and meditation. He works primarily with individual clients (ages 16+).
Jenny offers a compassionate, supportive space for adults navigating life transitions, grief, anxiety, and trauma, especially from childhood or harmful relationships. Her approach blends Emotionally Focused Therapy with body-based techniques to help clients reconnect with their emotions and build deeper self-awareness and connection. Jenny brings candor, humor, and cultural humility to her work, honoring each person as the expert of their experience. Outside the therapy room, she enjoys nature, fiction, art, and hot tea.

Hayley Crosby, Professional Counselor Associate
Hayley offers a warm, down-to-earth counseling approach with options for outdoor sessions, in-person, or telehealth. Using EFT and mindfulness, she helps clients reshape relational patterns through presence and connection. With a background in agriculture and natural resources, she especially supports clients in rural areas, as well as neurodiverse individuals, youth, adolescents, and those navigating life transitions. Outside of counseling, she enjoys whitewater boating, archery, trail running, and hands-on projects.
Ami Formica is completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at OSU Cascades and is interning at MRCC.
With a background in theater education and as a mother of three, she brings diverse perspectives to her work. Using a person-centered approach and unconditional positive regard, she helps clients explore their strengths, challenges, and personal growth. Ami offers pro bono and reduced-fee therapy for uninsured and underinsured individuals.

Alanna fosters a warm, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic space where clients are met with empathy, compassion, and respect. As a person-centered counselor, she integrates approaches such as existential, person-centered, gestalt, narrative, exposure, and somatic therapies to support each client’s unique process. She works with adults facing grief and loss, anxiety, life transitions, aging, relationship challenges, and trauma. Alanna affirms LGBTQIA2S+ identities and approaches counseling with cultural humility, honoring each person as the expert of their own life. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, exploring nature, and reading.

Donna Blankenship, Professional Counselor Associate
Donna, with over 20 years of experience, is a passionate advocate for children and families. Holding dual master’s degrees in Education and Counseling, she understands the unique challenges they face. Currently pursuing Synergetic Play Therapy certification and her Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credential, Donna creates a welcoming playroom that fosters creative, developmentally respectful processing. Her extensive background with diverse students equips her to support families in building resilience and strong relationships. She collaborates closely with children, caregivers, and individuals to enhance communication, manage stress, and develop personalized treatment plans that highlight their strengths.
Dylan Gassert, Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
Dylan Gassert is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in Oregon who works with individuals and couples through a relational, strength-based lens. Dylan draws on Emotionally Focused and Solution-Focused therapies to help clients access their emotional world, recognize patterns, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. While he welcomes clients of diverse backgrounds and identities, he holds a particular passion for supporting adult men in exploring emotional expression and building more connected, authentic relationships.
Dr. Edward Ewe, LPC, Approved Clinical Supervisor, Owner
Edward Ewe is a Licensed Professional Counselor (Oregon), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Washington), a National Certified Counselor, and Approved Clinical Supervision in both Oregon and Washington. As a trained EFT therapist, he works with couples and individuals dealing with grief and loss, life transitions, stress management, and relational issues.
Virginia Earwicker is a student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Liberty University who will start her practicum and internship at MRCC in May. As a therapist in training, she believes every individual possesses inherent worth and the capacity for growth when supported by empathy, respect, and genuine care. Virginia strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel truly heard and understood, utilizing a primarily person-centered approach to walk alongside them as they build resilience and self-awareness. She is particularly passionate about supporting those navigating grief, loss, relational pain, or major life transitions, and she values a collaborative process that moves toward meaningful well-being. Additionally, Virginia is able to incorporate a faith-based perspective for clients who wish to integrate their spirituality into the counseling experience.
