Madhavi Baiju, Professional Counselor Associate (Telehealth Only)
Madhavi Baiju is a Professional Counselor Associate. She is a relational-cultural and person-centered counselor who aims to work with people from all walks of life. She believes that growth and change comes from one's connection to themselves, others, and their environment. Madhavi is LGBTQIAS2+ affirming and brings a multicultural lens to her counseling session. Madhavi aims to assist her clients as they work towards personal growth and fulfillment.
Michael Caylor, Professional Counselor Associate
Michael Caylor is a Professional Counselor Associate in Oregon with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. He completed his internship at Mountain River Counseling & Consulting, gaining valuable training and hands-on experience. Michael has worked with diverse groups, including those experiencing homelessness, the LGBTQ+ community, children, fathers, and veterans. He primarily uses Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients process emotions, identify patterns, and build healthier connections. With a compassionate, collaborative approach, he supports individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Outside of counseling, he enjoys painting, gaming, and time with loved ones.
Andrew Geller is a professional counselor associate. His primary goal is to encourage his clients to identify their own strengths, resiliency, and ability to tackle life’s challenges head-on. Andrew’s clinical approach is informed by Mindfulness-based therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Jungian Psychoanalysis, Eastern principles and philosophy, and Narrative Theory. He received certification in 2020 for teaching yoga and meditation. He works primarily with individual clients (ages 16+).

Jenny Lindsey, Professional Counselor Associate
Jenny offers a compassionate, supportive space for adults navigating life transitions, grief, anxiety, and trauma, especially from childhood or harmful relationships. Her approach blends Emotionally Focused Therapy with body-based techniques to help clients reconnect with their emotions and build deeper self-awareness and connection. Jenny brings candor, humor, and cultural humility to her work, honoring each person as the expert of their experience. Outside the therapy room, she enjoys nature, fiction, art, and hot tea.
Patrick Kearns, Professional Counselor Associate (Telehealth Only)
Patrick offers a warm, curious, and steady presence, creating a collaborative space for clients to explore challenges and move toward meaningful change. His work is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with integration of mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed care. He focuses on fostering psychological flexibility and helping clients align their actions with their values. Outside of counseling, Patrick enjoys reading, board games, and time with loved ones.
Hayley Crosby, Professional Counselor Associate
Hayley offers a warm, down-to-earth counseling approach with options for outdoor sessions, in-person, or telehealth. Using EFT and mindfulness, she helps clients reshape relational patterns through presence and connection. With a background in agriculture and natural resources, she especially supports clients in rural areas, as well as neurodiverse individuals, youth, adolescents, and those navigating life transitions. Outside of counseling, she enjoys whitewater boating, archery, trail running, and hands-on projects.
Kelsey Pederson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon and California, brings over a decade of experience supporting youth, adults, and families in their journeys toward healing and growth. With a diverse background that includes wilderness therapy, transitional living programs, child welfare, private practice, and clinical supervision, she approaches her work with a deep commitment to courage, belonging, social justice, and faith. Kelsey believes in the inherent value of every individual and fosters relationships rooted in dignity, respect, and kindness.
Kelsey Pederson, LCSW
Ami Formica is completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at OSU Cascades and is interning at MRCC.
With a background in theater education and as a mother of three, she brings diverse perspectives to her work. Using a person-centered approach and unconditional positive regard, she helps clients explore their strengths, challenges, and personal growth. Ami offers pro bono and reduced-fee therapy for uninsured and underinsured individuals.
Ami Formica, Counseling Intern
Alanna fosters a warm, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic space where clients are met with empathy, compassion, and respect. As a person-centered counselor, she integrates approaches such as existential, person-centered, gestalt, narrative, exposure, and somatic therapies to support each client’s unique process. She works with adults facing grief and loss, anxiety, life transitions, aging, relationship challenges, and trauma. Alanna affirms LGBTQIA2S+ identities and approaches counseling with cultural humility, honoring each person as the expert of their own life. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, exploring nature, and reading.
Alanna Fraser, Professional Counselor Associate
Zuleka works with individuals (aged 16+) who may feel fragmented from themselves, others, and the world around them. Utilizing Brainspotting to support individuals in working through trauma in a way that feels supportive and restorative, Zuleka also uses concepts from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and existentialism to support individuals in connecting with themselves and navigating the inherent difficulties that are part of the human experience. Zuleka takes a culturally informed approach to her work, holding each person’s lived experience and unique and intersectional identities with deep reverence.

Donna Blankenship, Professional Counselor Associate
Donna, with over 20 years of experience, is a passionate advocate for children and families. Holding dual master’s degrees in Education and Counseling, she understands the unique challenges they face. Currently pursuing Synergetic Play Therapy certification and her Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credential, Donna creates a welcoming playroom that fosters creative, developmentally respectful processing. Her extensive background with diverse students equips her to support families in building resilience and strong relationships. She collaborates closely with children, caregivers, and individuals to enhance communication, manage stress, and develop personalized treatment plans that highlight their strengths.
Dylan Gassett, Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
Dylan Gassert is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in Oregon who works with individuals and couples through a relational, strength-based lens. Dylan draws on Emotionally Focused and Solution-Focused therapies to help clients access their emotional world, recognize patterns, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. While he welcomes clients of diverse backgrounds and identities, he holds a particular passion for supporting adult men in exploring emotional expression and building more connected, authentic relationships.

Edward Ewe is a Licensed Professional Counselor (Oregon), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Washington), a National Certified Counselor, and Approved Clinical Supervision in both Oregon and Washington. As a trained EFT therapist, he works with couples and individuals dealing with grief and loss, life transitions, stress management, and relational issues.
