A life transition is any change or adjustment that impacts our lives in a significant way. We all experience transitions throughout our lives — big and small, planned and unplanned. We are here to help our clients navigate transitions and milestones, both exciting and distressing ones.

Children and Families
Working with kids and families through play therapy allows us to create a safe, supportive space where children can express themselves in the way they know best—through play. Using toys, art, and imaginative activities, we help children communicate feelings they may not yet have words for, while also guiding parents in understanding their child’s emotional world. Through this collaborative process, we strengthen family connections, support healing, and build skills that help everyone navigate challenges together with greater confidence and empathy.

Existential Therapy
Existential therapy is a humanistic, philosophical approach to counseling that focuses on helping people explore the deeper questions of life—such as identity, purpose, freedom, and mortality. Rather than viewing distress as a symptom of illness, we see it as a natural response to the challenges of being human. In this approach, we encourage clients to examine their choices, take responsibility for their actions, and create meaning in their lives. Our goal is not to “fix” problems, but to help individuals live more authentically and intentionally, even in the face of uncertainty or difficulty.ption goes here
